Nottingham Forest agree Jack Hunt loan?

Nottingham Forest agree to sign Jack Hunt on loan from Crystal Palace, according to a report.

Nottingham Forest have reportedly agreed to sign Crystal Palace defender Jack Hunt on loan.

The 23-year-old spent the second half of last season on loan at Barnsley, where he made 11 appearances.

Forest manager Stuart Pearce is said to have been looking for players to address the club's defensive injury crisis.

The Reds currently have five defenders on the sidelines, less than three weeks before the new Championship season begins.

According to the Nottingham Post, Hunt will move to the City Ground to provide cover at right-back.

Forest signed former Chelsea defender Michael Mancienne from Hamburg for £1m last week.
