League Two outfit Oxford United have completed the signing of Kyle Vassell on loan from Peterborough United.
The 22-year-old striker joins up with Michael Appleton's side until the end of the season.
"We're delighted to have Kyle join us. He has scored goals wherever he has been and with some big games coming up we feel he will give us a little extra impetus and that bit more competition for the remaining matches," Appleton told the club's official website.
Vassell came through the youth set up at Norwich City and joined Brentford in 2010, before dropping down to play for Sutton United and Chelmsford City.
His 16 goals in 16 games for Bishop's Stortford in the Conference South in 2013 earned him a move to Peterborough, where he has scored five league goals in 23 games.
