Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Blaise Matuidi challenged the squad to show their character after they played out a 1-1 draw with Monaco on Sunday evening.
Anthony Martial scored a stoppage-time equaliser for the visitors as Laurent Blanc's side were held to their second consecutive draw in Ligue 1.
After losing more ground in the title race, the France international called for the team to rise out of their slump quickly.
He told L'Equipe: "The disappointment of drawing repeats itself. It is a bad habit and it must stop.
"Tonight, we thought we were [going to win], I'm sure that is why we conceded this goal. When you are invaded by a certain fear, it does not forgive.
"We have failed, especially at the end, with our personality and character. We have to quickly find them because otherwise we'll lose more points."
PSG are seven points behind Ligue 1 leaders Marseille.
