Preview: PSV Eindhoven vs. AC Milan

Sports Mole looks ahead to an intriguing Champions League qualifier between PSV Eindhoven and AC Milan.

AC Milan face a fight to earn a Champions League return as their qualifier against PSV Eindhoven gets underway in Holland tomorrow night.

Milan reached the knockout stages last season before being squeezed out by Barcelona, despite earning a famous 2-0 win at the San Siro in the first leg.

Dutch side PSV now stand in the way of a place in the group stages for Massimiliano Allegri's men, who have been relatively quiet in the transfer market this summer.

Andrea Poli is in contention to make his debut for Milan in midfield this evening, while Mario Balotelli has been passed fit despite an ongoing knee problem.

Robinho, Giampaolo Pazzini and Mattia de Sciglio all miss out for the visitors, with Antonio Nocerino facing a late fitness test to be considered for the Rossoneri.

PSV are sweating on the fitness of key duo Karim Rekik and Stijn Schaars, although the pair overcame knocks to play last weekend, in a match which marked a fifth successive league win for Phillip Cocu's side.

Possible lineups

PSV: Zoet, Willems, Bruma, Rekik, Arias, Wijnaldum, Hiljemark, Maher, Depay, Locadia, Jozefzoon

Milan: Abbiati, Constant, Mexes, Zapata, Abate, Poli, De Jong, Montolivo, Shaarawy, Balotelli, Boateng

Sports Mole says: 1-1
