Newcastle United have come from behind to take a 2-1 half-time lead at Queens Park Rangers in the Premier League.
The home side, who are already relegated, won a penalty after 11 minutes when Mathieu Debuchy fouled Junior Hoilett. French striker Loic Remy stepped up to put QPR ahead by slotting the ball into the left corner.
However, Newcastle responded a few minutes later from the penalty spot, after Hatem Ben Arfa was dragged back by Jose Boswingwa. The Newcastle midfielder picked himself up and scored from the resulting penalty.
With 10 minutes of the first half remaining, a mix up between Bosingwa and Robert Green saw the ball fall to Yoan Gouffran, who slotted home to give Newcastle the lead.
