Queens Park Rangers manager Harry Redknapp has hailed the influence of new first-team coach Steve McClaren.
The former England boss recently joined the Championship club as they aim to make a return to the Premier League.
"He's been excellent," Redknapp told QPR's official website. "He's a great coach, full of enthusiasm and it's great to have him around."
McClaren had been out of work since leaving Dutch side FC Twente for a second time on February.
