Queen of the South strolled to a 5-1 victory over a Rotherham United Development Squad side this afternoon.
The away side had started the brighter, and took the lead just three minutes in through Daniel Rowe.
John Baird headed Queen of the South level two minutes before half time, and struck again on the hour mark to put his side 2-1 up.
The lead was extended just seven minutes later when Connor Graham sprinted clear of the Rotherham defence to set up Derek Lyle for an easy tap in.
Lyle got his second when he converted Lewis Kidd's cross, before he laid on the fifth for Kidd.
