Brian McDermott, Dave Jones and Martin Ling are rewarded for their sides' impressive form with Manager of the Month awards for March.

Reading manager Brian McDermott has been chosen as the Championship Manager of the Month for March.

The accolade comes after the Royals had claimed 25 points from a possible 30, including a memorable 4-2 win away at promotion rivals West Ham United, and propelled themselves into an automatic promotion place.

Sheffield Wednesday boss Dave Jones took the League One gong following five wins and two draws from his first month in charge at Hillsborough.

Torquay United's Martin Ling has been awarded the prize in League Two. The Gulls won six out of eight fixtures during last month.
