Tariqe Fosu extends Reading contract

Winger Tariqe Fosu signs a new two-year contract with Championship club Reading.

Reading winger Tariqe Fosu has penned a new two-year deal at the Madejski Stadium.

Fosu's only appearance in the first team at the Royals came on the final day of the last Championship season, where he helped his side defeat Derby County by a 3-0 scoreline.

Manager Steve Clarke told the club's official website: "Tariqe is an exciting young talent and we are delighted that he has signed a new contract with us.

"He burst onto the scene at first-team level in our last game of the season with a very impressive debut."

Reading ended the last campaign in 19th place in the standings.
