Real Madrid boss Carlo Ancelotti has claimed that Iker Casillas could feature in La Liga if Los Blancos make the final of the Champions League.
Casillas plays in both cup competitions for the Spanish outfit, but Diego Lopez is the undisputed first choice in the league.
However, Ancelotti has revealed that reaching the latter stages of the European Cup could force him to rethink his goalkeeping situation.
"I'm not ruling out fielding Iker in one or two league games, we will discuss that if we do make the Champions League final," he told reporters at a press conference.
Madrid face Schalke 04 in the Champions League last-16 stage next week.
