Saturday's La Liga predictions including Valencia vs. Real Madrid

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's La Liga fixtures, including Valencia vs. Real Madrid.

Sevilla vs. Real Sociedad (Saturday, 1.00pm)

Real Sociedad will be bidding to bounce back from their Copa del Rey semi-final disappointment when they resume their La Liga campaign away to Sevilla on Saturday afternoon.

The visitors lost on penalties to Mallorca in the final four of the cup on Wednesday, while Sevilla will enter the match off the back of a 1-0 loss to division leaders Real Madrid in Spain's top flight.

We say: Sevilla 1-1 Real Sociedad

Sevilla have been inconsistent at home this season, picking up just 14 points from 13 matches, while Real Sociedad have the fourth-best away record in Spain's top flight this term.

We came close to siding with Sevilla in this one, but Real Sociedad will be determined to bounce back from their Copa del Rey disappointment, and we can see the points being shared on Saturday.

Rayo Vallecano vs. Cadiz (Saturday, 3.15pm)

Two teams in poor form will lock horns for a key match on Saturday afternoon, with Rayo Vallecano welcoming Cadiz to Campo de Futbol de Vallecas in Spain's top flight.

Cadiz are currently 18th in the La Liga table, three points from safety, while Rayo occupy 14th position, seven points ahead of their opponents ahead of this weekend's intriguing affair.

We say: Rayo Vallecano 0-0 Cadiz

Rayo's home form has been poor this season, picking up just nine points from 12 matches, but Cadiz boast the third-worst away record and are yet to win on their travels this term. Both teams need a win at a crucial stage of the campaign, but we have had to back an uneventful goalless draw between the two strugglers.

Getafe vs. Las Palmas (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Getafe will be bidding to bounce back from a heavy defeat against Barcelona when they resume their La Liga campaign at home to Las Palmas on Saturday evening.

The hosts will enter the contest off the back of a 4-0 loss to the reigning champions, while Las Palmas played out a 1-1 draw with Osasuna in their last match at this level of football.

We say: Getafe 2-1 Las Palmas

This is a really tough one to predict, and we came close to picking a draw, but Getafe have won seven times at home this season, while Las Palmas have suffered seven defeats on their travels, and we believe that the capital outfit will be able to navigate their way to an important three points here.

Valencia vs. Real Madrid (Saturday, 8.00pm)

Real Madrid will be aiming to make it successive wins in Spain's top flight when they continue their La Liga campaign against Valencia at Mestalla on Saturday night.

Los Blancos are currently top of the table, six points ahead of second-placed Girona, while Valencia occupy ninth position, six points behind sixth-placed Real Betis in the race for the European spots.

We say: Valencia 1-2 Real Madrid

Valencia will certainly be the fresher of the two sides, and Los Che have won seven of their 12 home league matches this season, losing just twice. Real Madrid have been excellent on their travels in La Liga this term, though, and we are backing Ancelotti's side to navigate their way to an important three points.
