Real Madrid manager Rafael Benitez has cast doubt on Cristiano Ronaldo's future at the Spanish club.
Benitez told journalists that he could give no guarantee on whether or not the Portuguese attacker would be staying in the Spanish capital next season.
Reports claim that Ronaldo told Paris Saint-Germain boss Laurent Blanc this week that he wants to move to the French champions.
"You want my opinion about what Ronaldo whispered to Blanc?" the Spaniard asked reporters at a press conference ahead of the Galacticos' trip to Sevilla, before turning to his press officer and whispering in his ear.
"Do you know what I just said to him? No? Well then, you already have my answer. You all know the relationship between the president (Florentino Perez) and the player, and you know how professional Ronaldo is.
"Can I assure you that Ronaldo will remain here next year? Could you assure that you will have a job next year? It is impossible. And that is the same for everybody. I have seen a happy team that has trained well, and a happy, goalscoring Ronaldo."
Ronaldo has scored eight league goals so far this season for Madrid, who currently occupy the top spot in La Liga.
