The Hoops will drop into the second tier if they fail to win away at Manchester City on Sunday and caretaker manager Chris Ramsey has overseen just two wins and two draws in his 12-game spell.

According to the Daily Mail, owner Tony Fernandes will review all of his options at the end of the season, with Real Madrid coach Clement and outgoing Brentford boss Warburton said to be on his shortlist.

Former QPR manager Harry Redknapp left his post in February, citing knee problems as his reason for leaving the Premier League strugglers.
