Santi Cazorla: 'Iker Casillas should leave Real Madrid'

Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla urges his Spain teammate Iker Casillas to leave Real Madrid.

Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla believes that his Spain teammate Iker Casillas should leave Real Madrid in search of first-team football.

Casillas has been used sparingly by Los Blancos over the last 12 months due to the form of Diego Lopez, who arrived at the Bernabeu from Sevilla in January 2013.

Cazorla, who is expected to be part of the Spain squad alongside Casillas for the World Cup, has urged the keeper to seek pastures new.

"Casillas should try playing somewhere else," he told beIN Sport.

Casillas will battle with Barcelona's Victor Valdes for the position between the posts at this summer's World Cup.
