Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly considering a deadline-day move for Real Madrid forward Karim Benzema.
Alvaro Morata has started the 2016-17 campaign as Real Madrid's first-choice centre-forward, with Benzema, who was not part of the France squad that competed at Euro 2016, currently on the sidelines with a back problem.
The 28-year-old scored 28 times in 36 appearances for Los Blancos last season and has netted 161 goals in 318 matches for the Spanish giants since making the move from Lyon in the summer of 2009.
According to The Sun, PSG are considering offloading Edinson Cavani to Napoli before the end of the transfer window, which could spark a £50m offer for Benzema, whose place in the first team is under serious threat this season.
Benzema netted 43 times in 112 Ligue 1 appearances for Lyon between 2004 and 2009.
