Chelsea have reportedly agreed a £32m deal with Paris Saint-Germain to re-sign David Luiz on transfer deadline day.
The Blues sold the Brazilian centre-back to the French champions for £50m two years ago, but according to the Daily Mail, Luiz is close to sealing a spectacular return to Stamford Bridge.
The report claims that the 29-year-old has already agreed personal terms with his former club and the medical could take place beyond Wednesday's 11pm deadline, giving the centre-back time to complete his return to the English capital.
Luiz, who was once dubbed a 'PlayStation defender' by former Manchester United right-back Gary Neville, has made 89 appearances for French giants PSG since arriving in the summer of 2014 and has claimed back-to-back Ligue 1 titles in the process.
It is understood that Chelsea are also close to completing the signing of Fiorentina left-back Marcos Alonso, who is believed to be in London undergoing a medical with the club ahead of a return to English football.
