Jagoba Arrasate: 'We deserved all three points'

Real Sociedad boss Jagoba Arrasate says that his side were unlucky not to beat Valencia in their La Liga clash on Sunday evening

Real Sociedad boss Jagoba Arrasate has expressed his belief that his side deserved to take all three points from their La Liga clash with Valencia on Sunday evening.

The two sides played out a 1-1 draw at the Anoeta, but Arrasate was disappointed not to collect all three points from the entertaining contest.

"It's always good to add a point but I think we were better than Valencia," he told AS.

"I'm sure they are happier with the point. But we showed we are alive and capable of doing great things. We lacked some fluidity and consistency.

"But we played against a great team and we competed very well for 60 or 70 minutes."

Valencia boss Nuno, meanwhile, has also conceded that Sociedad were the better team.
