Geronimo Rulli to remain at Real Sociedad

Geronimo Rulli, who is contracted to Deportivo Maldonado, reveals that he wants to remain on loan at Real Sociedad amid speculation of a move to Valencia.

Argentine goalkeeper Geronimo Rulli has revealed that he wants to remain on loan at Real Sociedad next season despite reported interest from Valencia.

The 23-year-old is currently contracted to Uruguayan side Deportivo Maldonado, but spent the 2014-15 season at Sociedad and really impressed.

Valencia are said to be interested in signing the stopper this summer, but Rulli has played down speculation of a move from San Sebastian.

"I feel very comfortable at Real Sociedad and my future is there. It's a very well-run club with great facilities, so I've settled in really well," he told reporters in Argentina.

Rulli started his professional career with Estudiantes.
