Walter Sabatini: 'We should all share Roma blame, not just Rudi Garcia'

Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini insists that the whole club should share the blame for their recent run of poor results after falling to defeat against Atalanta BC.

Roma sporting director Walter Sabatini has backed coach Rudi Garcia despite the club's recent run of poor form.

The Rome outfit have now lost two games in a row following defeats against both Barcelona and Atalanta BC, but Sabatini has insisted that the whole club must take the blame for their disappointing performances of late.

"We haven't recovered since our defeat against Barcelona. It's right to call our situation dramatic at this time," Sabatini told reporters after the club's loss to Atalanta.

"Garcia is doing his job well, he's just unlucky and all of us deserve a share of the blame as it isn't right to single one person out.

"Our current coach will remain with us because he deserves to be at Roma."

Roma currently hold fourth spot in the Serie A standings after 14 games played.
