Team News: Ricky van Wolfswinkel starts against Rotherham United

Ricky van Wolfswinkel earns a recall to Norwich City's starting lineup for their Capital One Cup tie at Rotherham United.

Ricky van Wolfswinkel has been recalled to Norwich City's starting lineup for their Capital One Cup clash with Rotherham United.

The Dutch forward, who spent last season on loan at Ligue 1 club Saint-Etienne, is one of a number of changes made by Canaries boss Alex Neil following their 1-1 draw with Stoke City at the weekend.

However, there is no place in the squad for ex-Celtic frontman Gary Hooper or former Bournemouth striker Lewis Grabban, while Nathan Redmond is named on the bench for the visitors.

Meanwhile, Millers boss Steve Evans has given a first start of the season to keeper Adam Collin.

Richie Smallwood (hamstring) and Joe Mattock (foot) have been unable to shake off injuries, however, and are left out of the second-round tie.

Rotherham United: Collin: Buxton, Collins, Halford, Newell; Richardson, Frecklington, Ward, Ledesma; Clarke-Harris, Derbyshire

Norwich City: Rudd; Wisdom, Bennett, Bassong, Toffolo; Odjidja, O'Neil, Dorrans, Johnson, Howson; Van Wolfswinkel
