Dundee goalkeeper Scott Bain is handed his first Scotland call-up for the team's upcoming games against Qatar and the Republic of Ireland.

Dundee goalkeeper Scott Bain has received his first Scotland call-up for the team's upcoming matches against Qatar and the Republic of Ireland.

Stoke City midfielder Charlie Adam and Celtic forward Leigh Griffiths have both been recalled by manager Gordon Strachan, while Celtic defender Charlie Mulgrew is also back following a spell on the sidelines.

The likes of Alan Hutton, James Forrest, Shaun Maloney and Steven Naismith have also been named in the 26-man party.

Scotland take on Qatar for the Qatar Airways Cup at Easter Road on June 5 before playing Republic of Ireland in Dublin for a Euro 2016 qualifier on June 13.
