Sheffield United have added former Blackpool defender Harrison McGahey to the first-team squad at Bramall Lane.
A fee for McGahey will be decided by a tribunal but Blades boss Nigel Clough is pleased to have the 18-year-old, who made four appearances for the Seasiders, on board for the forthcoming campaign.
The 48-year-old told the club's official website: "A number of the coaching staff watched Harrison at the end of last season and he has potential, that's what we see in him."
McGahey follows Craig Alcock in joining the League One outfit this week.
