Southampton defender Luke Shaw has ended rumours about a transfer away from St Mary's by committing his long-term future to the club.
The 17-year-old has become a first-team regular for the Saints this season, and has drawn a number of plaudits following his performances.
The left-back was linked with a move to Arsenal in the January transfer window, but has seemingly put an end to that speculation by pledging his future to the South Coast side.
"To put an end to all the speculation, I will be committing my future to Southampton. I'm not going anywhere," said Shaw.
"I think this is the place to be for young kids like me. I'm playing in the Premier League and that is all anyone wants to be doing."
The Saints travel to Aston Villa in the Premier League on Saturday.
