Southampton eye £15m-rated Portugal starlet Rafa Silva?

Southampton manager Ronald Koeman looks to lure £15m-rated Braga midfielder Rafa Silva to St Mary's before the winter transfer window closes, according to reports.

Southampton are reportedly poised to make a £15m bid swoop for highly-rated Braga midfielder Rafa Silva this month.

Saints boss Ronald Koeman has earmarked the 21-year-old as the player to help them consolidate their place in the Premier League's top four, according to The Mirror.

Koeman passed up on signing the Portuguese starlet in the summer, but the report goes on to state that he will return with a £15m offer before the transfer window closes on February 2.

Silva, whose contract expires in 2018, has netted twice in 16 league appearances this season and has been capped three times by Portugal.
