Martin Keown says that Spain are a group of winners and will dominate for years to come.

Arsenal legend Martin Keown has predicted that Spain will dominate for years to come after winning Euro 2012.

La Roja claimed their third consecutive major tournament crown on Sunday after they outclassed Italy 4-0 in the Euro 2012 final in Kiev.

The former England defender believes that the Spaniards' era of success isn't over yet.

"Spain are going to dominate for years to come," said Keown. "They have to be the best side ever. I can't see any other team getting near this.

"Spain have really set the bar high and they have time on their side. They're beautiful to watch and there's something extra special about this team.

"They're a group of winners."

Spain became the first side in history to win a major tournament final by a four-goal margin.
