Preview: Tottenham Hotspur vs. Burnley

Sports Mole previews the FA Cup third-round replay between Spurs and Burnley at White Hart Lane.

Tottenham Hotspur welcome Burnley to White Hart Lane on Wednesday for a replay of their third-round tie in the FA Cup.

The two Premier League sides played out a 1-1 draw at Turf Moor at the beginning of the month as Sam Vokes's 73rd-minute strike cancelled out Nacer Chadli's opener.

Spurs have embarked on a strong run of form in recent weeks, but they suffered a setback in the league on the weekend with a 2-1 defeat away to Crystal Palace.

Meanwhile, an unbeaten run of three matches has seen a resurgent Burnley claw themselves one point clear of the relegation zone.

Tottenham earned a 2-1 victory over the Clarets when they met in the Premier League last month as goals from Harry Kane and Erik Lamela helped them to claim the three points.

Ryan Mason and Lamela are both expected to miss out for the hosts, while Stephen Ward and Kevin Long remain sidelined for the visitors.
