Tottenham Hotspur reveal Australia off-season tour plans

Tottenham Hotspur will take on Sydney FC in a friendly match at the ANZ Stadium, just five days after completing their Premier League season.

Tottenham Hotspur have announced that they will travel to Australia at the end of the season to face Sydney FC in a friendly match.

The clash will take place at ANZ Stadium on May 30 - just five days after their last Premier League game of the campaign away at Everton.

"We are looking forward to visiting Sydney and giving our fans in that part of the world an opportunity to see the team up close," Spurs boss Mauricio Pochettino said in a statement.

"Our match against Sydney FC is sure to be hard-fought and entertaining, with the A-League becoming stronger every year and attracting some big-name players."

Liverpool, Real Madrid and Manchester City have also announced tours to Australia during the off-season.
