Andros Townsend: 'Tottenham Hotspur can get a result at City'

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Andros Townsend believes that the team can get a positive result against Manchester City.

Andros Townsend has said that Tottenham Hotspur feel they can get a positive result against Manchester City this weekend.

Andre Villas-Boas's side travel to the Etihad Stadium tomorrow, having won just one of their last three Premier League matches.

The England international told Sky Sports News: "Everyone is focused on getting a good result on Sunday. City is going to be a hard game regardless of the team they play and if they're at home or away.

"It's always going to be a tough game so it's up to us to match them and hopefully get the win."

Spurs currently sit one point ahead of City in the table.
