All eyes will be on Harry Redknapp when Tottenham Hotspur host Newcastle United on Saturday.

All eyes will be on Harry Redknapp on Saturday evening as Tottenham Hotspur host Newcastle United in the Premier League.

The Spurs boss has received a wealth of support to be named as the next England manager following Fabio Capello's resignation on Wednesday evening.

On the pitch, Jermain Defoe and Aaron Lennon are expected to miss out through injury, while Rafael van der Vaart and Younes Kaboul are also likely to be sidelined.

Louis Saha could make his home debut for Spurs after his move from Everton last month, with the Frenchman joining Emmanuel Adebayor in attack.

Papiss Demba Cisse's debut goal last weekend may have earned the striker his first start for the Magpies, while Senegal teammate Demba Ba should also start.

A win for Newcastle could push them into the coveted Champions League places, but victory for Spurs would keep the pressure on second-place Manchester United.

Current form:

Spurs: WWDLWD
Newcastle: LWWLWW

Possible lineups:

Spurs:
Friedel; Walker, Dawson, King, Assou-Ekotto; Modric, Parker, Kranjcar, Bale; Saha, Adebayor

Newcastle:
