Croatia boss Slaven Bilic does not believe that Tottenham's Luka Modric has been affected by the speculation regarding his future.
The 25-year-old has been linked with a move to Chelsea, with the latest rumours suggesting the West London side plan to offer £30m for the playmaker.
Bilic was keen to praise the star, who played for his country in last night’s goalless draw against the Republic of Ireland.
“By judging his performance and how he has trained he is totally focused on the situation of playing,” Bilic told Sky Sports News.
“He is strong in the head. [The speculation] doesn’t affect his game.”
However when asked whether he thinks Modric will be as focused playing for Spurs, Bilic replied: “You should ask Luka about his future.”
