Bernard says that Brazil teammate Hulk has told him that Porto is a "great club".

Brazilian starlet Bernard has said that international teammate Hulk has spoken well of Porto amid reported interest from the Portuguese club.

The 20-year-old has been tipped to leave Atletico Mineiro this summer, with Tottenham Hotspur said to be leading the chase for his signature.

However, Porto are also believed to have expressed their interest in the attacking midfielder, who is part of Luiz Felipe Scolari's squad at the Confederations Cup.

"For now I don't know more than what the press has written in Brazil and Portugal, but Hulk tells me Porto is a great club," the 5'4" star told A Bola.

"I do speak Portuguese as they do at Porto but I refuse to say that I have a preference for them over any other club interested."

Bernard has three caps for the Selecao.
