Paris Saint-Germain will reportedly closely monitor Danny Rose's performances for Newcastle United ahead of a potential move for the defender at the end of the 2019-20 campaign.
Having fallen out of favour at Tottenham Hotspur, Rose was allowed to join Newcastle on loan during the January transfer window, and the England international will spend the rest of the season at St James' Park.
The 29-year-old still has a contract at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium until June 2021, although it is thought that he will leave Jose Mourinho's side on a permanent deal this summer.
According to The Sun, PSG plan to scout Rose during his spell with the Magpies as they consider launching a bid when the next transfer window opens for business.
The former Leeds United youngster has made 214 appearances for his parent club since arriving in 2007, including 17 in all competitions during the current season.
Rose could make his Newcastle debut away to Arsenal in the Premier League on February 16.
