The 25-year-old has signed a contract with the North London side running until 2023 after a fee of around £25m was agreed with the Ligue 1 outfit.
During his time in the French capital, the Brazilian won four league titles and seven domestic cup competitions but found himself down the pecking order this term following the arrivals of Neymar and Kylian Mbappe to the Parc des Princes.
