Tottenham Hotspur and Napoli have reportedly opened up discussions regarding the potential transfer of Mousa Dembele.
The Belgium international arrived at White Hart Lane from Fulham in 2012, but ever since Mauricio Pochettino took charge two years later, Dembele's starting opportunities have been limited.
