Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly identified Marseille striker Michy Batshuayi as a potential target as the club look to add support for Harry Kane.
Improving the attacking options on offer to Mauricio Pochettino is believed to be a priority following the signings of defenders Kieran Trippier and Toby Alderweireld, with Roberto Soldado and Emmanuel Adebayor both linked with moves away from White Hart Lane.
According to The Mirror, Spurs are considering offering £9m for Batshuayi after giving up on a move for Aston Villa striker Christian Benteke, who could cost £32.5m this summer.
The report suggests that the Marseille forward was a target for Spurs before the arrival of Pochettino, and they are ready to renew their interest in the 21-year-old, who scored 10 goals for his club last season.
Batshuayi joined Marseille from Standard Liege last summer.
