Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly set to reject Inter Milan's improved offer for midfielder Christian Eriksen.
The 27-year-old is out of contract with the North London club in the summer and he has been free to negotiate pre-contract agreements with other European clubs since January 1.
Antonio Conte's side are keen to add the Dane's creativity to their side in this window, though, and they had previously offered £8.5m before upping it on Monday to £11m along with two bonuses related to success and appearances made.
However, The Mirror reports that Spurs still want closer to £20m for the former Ajax midfielder and that Daniel Levy's meeting on Tuesday with Eriksen's agent, Martin Schoots, is likely to lead to nothing if the Italian side fail to increase their bid again.
Eriksen was heavily linked with moves to both Manchester United and Real Madrid last summer but ultimately neither came to fruition, and he has since scored seven goals in 32 appearances for club and country this season.
Inter Milan have already secured the signature of Ashley Young in this window and they are also thought to be interested in securing deals for Chelsea players Victor Moses and Olivier Giroud.
