Rafael van der Vaart reiterates that he wants to stay at Tottenham Hotspur next season.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Rafael van der Vaart has reiterated that his future remains at White Hart Lane.

The Dutchman has been linked with a move to Schalke, with reports suggesting that the 29-year-old was considering a switch away from the North London outfit.

"No, I don't think so," said Van der Vaart. "There's always interest, but I'm happy in England and I want to stay. In football, you never know, and that's what I wanted to say and nothing more."

Van der Vaart moved to Spurs from Real Madrid in 2010.
