Tottenham Hotspur coach Andre Villas-Boas reveals that he is happy to begin the season with three strikers.

Andre Villas-Boas has revealed that he wants to sign one more striker before the summer transfer window closes at the end of next month.

England international Jermain Defoe and youngster Harry Kane are the only recognised centre-forwards currently on the books at White Hart Lane.

However, Portuguese coach Villas-Boas believes that three frontmen will be enough to get his side through the upcoming season.

"Three is enough," Villas-Boas told The Sun during his team's pre-season tour of the USA.

Reports have claimed the Manchester City striker Emmanuel Adebayor, who spent last season on loan at Spurs, is Villas-Boas's main target.
