Tottenham Hotspur and England full-back Kyle Walker hopes that he and Andros Townsend can continue to work in tandem for both club and country.
The duo have been regular starters for Spurs in the Premier League this season and also played together for the full 90 minutes as the Three Lions lost 1-0 to Germany on Tuesday night.
Playing on the right, Townsend likes to cut inside onto his preferred left foot, which allows Walker to overlap during attacks.
Walker told the Daily Mail: "I'm creating a good partnership with Andros and hopefully, we'll get where I want to be - on the plane next summer.
"We've got that extra help that we train together day in and day out, and that's good. When we get to England, we can showcase our talent."
Both players are expected to start for Tottenham at Manchester City later today.
