Stoke City's game with Swansea has been pushed back to an 8pm kickoff this evening due to traffic issues around the Britannia Stadium.

There had been concerns that the game would be called off following severe weather in the city but the match, as it stands, is planned to go ahead.

The club has urged fans to be careful when travelling to the match.

Stoke are 14th in the league, while Swansea are 12th.
