Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hails "never-say-die" Cardiff City

Cardiff City boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer hails his team's "never-say-die" attitude and claims that the Bluebirds have a "very, very good chance" of survival.

Cardiff City boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has hailed his team's "never-say-die" attitude and has claimed that the Bluebirds have a "very, very good chance" of survival.

The South Wales outfit came from behind to earn a 1-1 draw with Stoke City this afternoon, as Marko Arnautovic saw his 45th-minute penalty canceled out by Peter Whittingham from 12 yards.

Cardiff stay 18th in the Premier League table, two points adrift of Norwich City, whose final four fixtures comprise of Liverpool, Chelsea, Arsenal and Manchester United.

He told BBC Sport: "These boys have a never-say-die attitude. We got momentum after we got the goal.

"It is a good point, but we have to thank our goalkeeper for saving a point for us at the end. With a defeat it would have been difficult to get the boys back up but now we have a very, very good chance."

The capital club face Sunderland in a relegation six-pointer at the Stadium of Light next Sunday.
