Swansea City boss Garry Monk has claimed that the Welsh outfit are looking at "a number of players" as the January transfer window prepares to open.
The Swans have already secured the loan signing of Nelson Oliveira from Benfica, but Monk is hopeful that next month will be busy at the Liberty Stadium.
"There are a number of players we will be looking at. We are losing good players in January through the internationals while Jeff (Jefferson Montero) has been fantastic and has brought a new dimension to our game," Monk told reporters.
"I'll have a meeting with the chairman to see what we can do to add quality to this squad."
Montero, who joined the Premier League club from Morelia in the summer, has been ruled out of action for up to one month with a hamstring strain.
