Swansea City will reportedly move for Kenwyne Jones if Danny Graham leaves the Liberty Stadium in the current transfer window.
Graham has been linked with a January switch to a host of Premier League clubs after finding first-team opportunities limited due to the goalscoring exploits of teammate Michu.
Aston Villa, Norwich City, Sunderland and Reading are all thought to be tracking the frontman and Swans boss Michael Laudrup has hinted that he could sell the 27-year-old.
However, he will only be allowed to leave if Swansea can bring in a replacement first and Stoke City's Jones tops Laudrup's wishlist, according to The Mirror.
Jones has started the Potters' last seven top-flight games but had previously been kept out of the side by Peter Crouch and Jonathan Walters.
