Swindon Town and Brentford have played out a goalless first half in the League One playoff semi-final first leg at the County Ground.
In an evenly contested opening to the match, it took 20 minutes for the first significant chance on goal, when Gary Roberts tried his luck from range, but his effort took a slight deflection on the way over.
Brentford had a chance of their own moments later, when Bradley Wright-Phillips slipped the ball through to Adam Forshaw, but he shot just wide of Wes Foderingham's far post.
The hosts then had another opportunity three minutes later when Adam Rooney was played one-on-one with Simon Moore, but the latter came out on top.
The Bees had another chance in the 36th minute when good play from Wright-Phillips allowed his to lay the ball off to an onrushing Jonathan Douglas on the edge of the box, but his side-footed shot drifted away from the far top corner.
