Toulouse and Nice both failed to find the net as the spoils were shared at the Stadium Municipal this evening.
The visitors had the better of the goalscoring chances before the break, but they struggled to keep their shots on target.
Kafoumba Coulibaly came closest to breaking the deadlock in the seventh minute when his right-footed shot from outside the area struck the upright.
Toulouse posed more of an attacking threat after the restart and almost broke the deadlock in the 48th minute. Etienne Capoue found himself with time and space inside the area, but he was unable to keep his shot from landing on the roof of the net.
The home side continued to push forward in search of a winner, although they very rarely called the visiting goalkeeper into action.
In the closing stages Franck Dja Djedje almost stole all three points for Nice when his powerful shot from 15 yards out just missed the target.
