Round eight of the 2022 Argentine Primera Division season sees Huracan visit the Estadio 15 de Abril to face off against Union on Sunday.
The teams are closely matched in the league table heading into this weekend's clash, which promises to be a closely-contested affair.
Match preview
Union were sent packing from the Copa Argentina round of 32 on Wednesday courtesy of a 2-1 defeat against Banfield at the Estadio Florencio Sola.
Gustavo Munua's men opened the scoring in the 17th minute through Mauro Luna Diale, but goals in either half from Jesus Datolo and Emanuel Coronel turned the game on its head.
However, El Tate claimed a 3-2 victory over Banfield in their last league outing and now sit ninth in the table with 13 points from a possible 21.
Awaiting them next is the challenge of an opposing outfit who have failed to come out on top in any of the most recent five meetings between the sides.
Having won just one of their last five home matches, Sunday's hosts will be keen to give their supporters reason to cheer come the sound of the full-time whistle here.
Huracan emerged victorious from a 3-2 thriller for the second match running as they saw narrowly edged out Lanus at the Estadio Nestor Diaz Perez on Sunday.
Frank Dario Kudelka's men found themselves 2-1 down at the break before hitting back in the second 45 minutes through goals from Benjamin Garre and Matias Coccaro.
Consequently, El Quemeros have moved up to third place in the league standings, one point adrift of current leaders Newell's Old Boys.
With seven points amassed from their last three involvements on the road, Sunday's visitors will be full of confidence ahead of the trip to Santa Fe.

Team News
Mauro Luna Diale was on target on his return to the starting XI last time out and he is expected to retain his place in the lineup for this one.
Meanwhile, veteran forward Jonatan Alvez is a huge doubt for Sunday having missed both of his side's last two matches through injury.
Huracan's Fabian Henriquez is a guaranteed absentee for Sunday's contest, as the 27-year-old remains sidelined with a muscle problem.
With six direct goal contributions in his six matches, Franco Cristaldo will be looking to deliver the goods for the away side once again.
Following his man-of-the-match performance against Lanus, the Uruguayan Matias Coccaro is definitely one to keep an eye on this weekend.
Union possible starting lineup:
Moyano; Esquivel, Polenta, Aguero, Gerometta; Bucca, Nardoni; Castrillon, Canete, Juarez; Gallegos
Huracan possible starting lineup:
Chaves; Perez, Merolla, Moya, Soto; Fattori, Hezze; Gauto, Cristaldo, Garre; Coccaro
We say: Union 1-1 Huracan
There is very little to choose between the teams ahead of the clash, which could easily swing in either direction. We are backing the sides to cancel each other out, giving rise to a share of the spoils in the end.
