Valencia coach Miroslav Djukic says that there is a possibly that striker Roberta Soldado could leave the club.

Miroslav Djukic has admitted that Roberto Soldado may leave Valencia during this transfer window.

The club's coach had previously claimed that the striker would not be leaving, despite interest from Tottenham Hotspur.

Djukic told Spanish newspaper Super Deporte: "The possibility that he will leave is real. Soldado is our striker and if he stays then he will be the reference point up front.

"Valencia are working on various options in case Saldado does leave, but we have too [few] forwards, either with Soldado or especially without him. We have to remember though that Valencia the club is greater than any player."

Soldado scored 30 goals in all competitions for Valencia last season.
