Valencia have reportedly rejected two bids for their Spanish midfielder Sergio Canales.
The 22-year-old was once regarded as one of the best talents in Spain, with his performances in his late teens earning him a move to Real Madrid.
However, a series of injury problems led him to Valencia in 2012 and he has struggled to hold down a regular first-team spot at the Mestalla.
According to Marca, two clubs, who have not been named, made offers in the region of £3m for the midfielder, but Valencia are looking for at least double that figure.
Canales is currently on the sidelines with an illness.
