Fresh off the back of securing their place in the next round of the Taca de Portugal, Vizela welcome Santa Clara to the Estadio do FC Vizela in round 10 of the Primeira Liga on Sunday.

Mario Silva's men, on the other hand, head into the weekend without a win in any of their last five outings across all competitions and will be looking to end this dry spell.

Vizela head into the weekend fresh off the back of securing a third straight win across all competitions and will be looking to keep the juggernaut rolling. While they have struggled for results against Santa Clara, we predict they will maintain their fine run of form and see off the visitors, who have failed to impose themselves this season.

Maritimo vs. Arouca (Sunday, 3.30pm)

Maritimo will be looking to pick up their first victory of the 2022-213 campaign when they go head to head with Arouca at the Estadio do Maritimo on Sunday.

The visitors, who cruised through to the fourth round of the Taca de Portugal last weekend and will be looking to build on their cup result and secure a third consecutive win for the first time since May 2021.

Arouca have put together a fine run of form in recent weeks, claiming two wins and two draws in their most recent four outings. The Arouquenses take on an out-of-sorts Maritimo side and we predict they will steal a slender victory.

Chaves vs. Gil Vicente (Sunday, 6.00pm)

Chaves face struggling Gil Vicente in the Primeira Liga on Sunday looking to bounce back after a humiliating defeat in the Taca de Portugal last weekend.

The hosts lost to fourth-tier Valadares Gaia after extra-time, while the Gilistas progressed against Serpa from the same level with relative ease.

We say: Chaves 1-1 Gil Vicente

This should be a tight affair. The cup defeat could have caused some damage to the confidence of the hosts, but they should still be able to hold on for a point against their struggling visitors.
