O Maior das Ilhas head into the weekend on a run of eight defeats from their opening eight games this season and will set out to end this poor record.

The Vizelenses, on the other hand, head into the weekend fresh off the back of ending their six-game winless run and will be looking to keep the juggernaut rolling.

Braga vs. Chaves (Sunday, 8.30pm)

Fresh off the back of an Europa League defeat against Union Saint-Gilloise, Braga play host to Chaves in round nine of the Portuguese Primeira Liga on Sunday.

The Flavienses will head to the Estadio Braga Municipal desperate to get one over the hosts, having lost each of the last five meetings between the teams since March 2017.

Braga will be looking to arrest their slump in form after losing each of their last two outings. They are unbeaten in their previous seven meetings against Chaves and we predict they will extend their dominance in this fixture by claiming a comfortable victory.
